Tell us the page, the benefit, the month and, if you can, the source: the Familienkasse list, a pension insurance notice or the statute. We check the source and correct every page at once.
Questions about your own money
We hold no files and cannot trigger, check or speed up a payment. If your money has not arrived, contact your Familienkasse, your pension insurance, your Jobcenter, your employment agency, your housing benefit office or your student finance office. Please do not send us a Kindergeld number, insurance number or award notice.
